Cannot export

I need to export a slider. When I click the export button I get a momentary “completed successfully” message, then the page redirects to a 404 (“http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/crelly-slider/wordpress/temp/crellyslider-home_slider.zip”). No download dialogue opens.

Turns out it’s a permissions problem. If anyone else experiences this problem, ensure that the Apache user (e.g., www-data) owns the
/wp-content/plugins/crelly-slider/wordpress/temp/directory. Otherwise, the plugin can’t create the file.Same thing for importing the ZIP archive: the crelly-slider directories must be writable by the Apache user.
