# Cannot even get started

 * Hi I tried to use this plugin on WP version 4.5–en_GB. I installed it and when
   I I tried to use it, it would not even load up a csv table that I put in my media
   files uploads directory. I also noticed that the video you provided does not 
   even look like what I get on my screen. Should there be something else I need
   to install before I can import the csv file?

 * I found the answer to my query above. The problem seems to be the them I am using
   which causes the plugin not to work. I changed my theme and all is working perfectly
   now. It is a good plugin and I will keep testing it. Thanks

 * I’m glad you were able to resolve the issue, I have been quite busy so its hard
   to respond in a timely manner.
 * Do you mind me asking which theme you were using that caused the issue? I’d like
   to be able to do some testing to see if I can find a fix for it.

 * The theme that the plugin did not work is TwentyTen. It would be good if you 
   can make it work with that theme because my main website uses TwentyTen as I 
   am reluctant to change it now that my website is well established.
