    I am having a frustrating issue with being able to enter in credit card numbers for checkout. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won’t. Yesterday it worked on desktop and not mobile. Today it is working on both mobile and desktop. Tomorrow it could not work on either which is most often the case. Does anyone know how to solve this or what is going on? If it was broken wouldn’t it just never work? Thank you. All help appreciated

    Hi there,

    Since this issue is only happening intermittently, it’s most likely not related to the plugin code or settings as then it would most likely not work at all.

    Because of this you’ll need to do some digging to see if you can find the issue. I’d first recommend to check the Stripe Logs under the WooCommerce>Status>Logs menu and see if there are any logged errors for the times that it’s not working.

    If there’s nothing in the Stripe logs, then check any Fatal Error logs for the same date/time.

    If you see matching errors in either log, please let us know what the errors are.

    If not, you’ll want to contact your host and see if there are any server logs for those times/dates that show any errors.
