Cannot enable any plugins or themes in Troubleshooting Mode

    When I try to enable any plugin or theme in Troubleshooting Mode I get the following notice:

    “When enabling a plugin a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.”

    I cannot enable Twenty Sixteen or any other theme, not even revert to Twenty Nineteen once I’ve tried to switch theme. (I get False in Appearance/Themes).

    Hiya,

    Do you by any chance have a loopback issue or something similar in the site health section? If they fail, then it can’t reliably enable plugins or themes and will fail.
