I did the conflict test and still have the issue
I have installed Really Simple SSL and checked my database. I still have the issue.

Maybe your CDN or Web Hosting is using server side caching?
Try to disable any WP plugin or CDN/Web Hosting server caching for the UM pages.

I do not have any caching plugins installed and the Jetpack cache option is turned off.

I am not able to edit any user profiles with admin privilidges.
I am getting an security error
What security message do you get?
Any security firewall at your web hosting like “Mod Security”?
I located an old database that I downloaded from a few weeks ago and installed it to the site and everything is working now!
Not sure what happened, but it would seem there was an issue with the current database.
I was able to replicate the issue after installing a new database. I had a field in the member profile that displayed the meta “user_id”. I guess this is a restricted tag and is not editable, even by admin. Once removed, the form worked correctly and I was able to make changes and update any and all profiles.

Thanks for letting us know how you resolved the issue.
The UM Developers are addressing this issue now:
