When editing forms, there is an option to add hr or Text Layout Elements to the form. I used Text elements in several forms as detailed descriptions for certain fields. For a while now I have been unable to edit or even view the text in these elements.
By default, the editor is in the “text” mode as opposed to the “Visual” mode. Clicking on Visual does nothing. Clicking on the text box does nothing. Clicking on Text does nothing. Clicking on Add Media and Add Contact Form does nothing.
I can change the Text Element at the bottom from div to p or anything else, but it doesn’t change anything.
I would like to know if this is a known bug or if there’s anything I can do to fix it.

    Using Ninja Forms v3.1.9

It sounds like you’re using the old version of Ninja Forms. Do you have the option to upgrade under Forms -> Settings -> Advanced? If so, I would highly recommend it.

Because we only check these forums once per week, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us here with any followup questions in order to get a timely response: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/ There, we offer support free support directly to our Ninja Forms users with significantly more privacy and a faster response time.

I have upgraded the Ninja Forms codebase to 3 before but needed to rollback because it caused the submissions of all the forms on the site to stop going through. I am in contact with someone from the Ninja Forms site currently, hoping to fix the issues.
