It sounds like you have a plugin causing an error somewhere, or your site’s REST API isn’t working properly. You’ll need to check your server logs. It’s not an issue with this plugin.
This free version of the plugin is the “lite” version. The “full” version must be purchased from CodeCanyon.

in the logs I see this for two stock edits I tried to do. Is it something relevant?

It looks like those requests are returning error 500.
Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and look for the latest “fatal-errors” log on the top-right.
I disable wpml multicurrency plugin and its working now.. thanks for your help.. im gonna get the full version of your plugin soon

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll take a look to see if I can find why that plugin is causing an error.
it had something to do with nitropack and client currency language. I couldnt understand more. Nitropack is more usefull for me at the time thats why I decided to deactivate the wpml multicurrency plugin

Was there an error in the log file? I’d be grateful if you could share it with me.
in the woocommerce fatal errors log I was getting this every minute repeating automaticaly during the whole day

when I removed the wcmp multilingual/multicurrency plugin this error stopped appearing and editing stock count started working
