If you enable stock management with the Stock Location plugin enable you must manage the stock on the Stock Locations tab, like below:
But i cannot assign the stock quantity for each individual variation.

As you can see the screenshots, the stock locations tab only have one stock set, in fact it got 5 different variations.

Everything seems fine but i see new fields on the last screenshot “Max Quantity per Order” and “Initial number in stock” that aren’t from WooCommerce core plugin. Are you using another plugin for stock management?
Yes, we using ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce
Sorry, is not he ATUM plugin, it a another plugin called “WooCommerce Max Quantity”
But the problem is as you can see the screenshot below

I have 5 variations for the product but in the Stock Locations section, it only shows one set of locations.
