I followed that link, but did not find any helpful information.
It may be me, but I cannot see any value to the WordPress “support” system. Why is it impossible (apparently) to talk to a real, live person who can help with your problem? When your software will not respond to normal commands, and just sits there looking at you, it’s of less than zero value. When it’s working, it’s wonderful…but, for now, your support sucks!

Hi,
I’m sorry you’re experiencing trouble. For the future, you can usually get a faster response time by opening a support ticket at http://www.dwuser.com/ .
I recommend you first double-check that Adobe AIR is up-to-date on your system: http://get.adobe.com/air/ . If the problem persists, please confirm if this issue is only when editing or also when creating a new slider. If you can open a support ticket, please feel free to send temporary login credentials and we’ll be happy to attempt to reproduce and diagnose the issue.
Sincerely,
Drew O’Neill
