Cannot edit product

    Hello,

    When I try to edit a product, I get a 404 error. Is there a way around this?

    Hi @pleazo ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It seems the critical error is coming from your theme Dokan. I recommend switching to a default theme like Storefront for testing and see if that resolves the error.

    If it resolves the error, I recommend reaching out to the theme developer to check its compatibility.

    If that does not resolve the errors, then it could be caused by a conflict with another plugin.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by refreshing the site.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    Hi there,

    I already switched my theme to eStore and had the same problem. I deactivated all my plug ins except woocommerce. Howevere now I cannot see the vendor dashboard where the problem was existing from (in estore theme & dokan theme). So I guess I need the dokan theme?

    Hi Mary,

    Your theme *should* only be responsible for the display of your store and not add functionality as that is the purpose of plugins. It sounds like the Vendors functionality is added by the third-party Dokan plugin.
