Cannot edit forms

Hello there – first, thank you for providing this plugin! I’m using it for my volunteer site and it’s great to be able to have a free option for a broke nonprofit 🙂

When I updated to the most recent version, it said that I needed to make database updates and would be prompted to do so, but I never was (maybe it’s because I’m on the free version and the paid one was the one that required it?) Either way, when I go in to edit my registration form, there’s a javascript error and clicking the edit, clone, delete and preview buttons does nothing.
