Hello, and Happy New Year! 🙂

It looks like there’s a fatal PHP error that prevents scripts from loading (plugin conflict), or there’s a caching plugin that’s stubborn.

To rule out your browser’s acting up with its cache, press this key combination on the faulty page to force a cache refresh:
    CMD+SHIFT+R (Mac)
    CTRL+SHIFT+R (Windows)

If that doesn’t work, could you try deactivating non-essential plugins, and see if the issue is resolved?

If you’d care for us to take a closer look, please forward a list of active plugins and the active theme to us. You can do so confidentially via our contact form. We can then try to replicate the behavior on our site. Thank you!

    Hey Sybre,

Thank you for responding really quickly. So cmd+shift+r did nothing. Looked at my plugins and deactivated GDPR cookie consent plugin ( last plugin before installing framework), and now all is back to normal. I am using Themify Bold theme.

I’m glad you’ve found the culprit!

I’m sad I couldn’t replicate the issue, though. If you have access to the PHP error logs of your website, then you may find some relational errors listed. They can help us debug the issue.

You can also enable debugging via WordPress’s wp-config.php file. For more information, see Debugging in WordPress.

Glad too, will send over list a plugins i used when problem occurred. Way too inexperienced to find PHP error logs, so that’s that. Thanks once again for help!
