Cannot drag and drop individual items

    Drag-and-drop for individual menu items no longer works on some sites with COTTO installed but still does work on others for same function. I don’t have the advanced version installed on any of them. Is there a script error or WordPress version upgrade issue?

    Thank you, Maya. I tried that before I started this ticket. After I cleared the cache, I logged out of wp-admin for that site and then opened a new tab and logged back in but the problem persists.
    But I did not close Chrome altogether and then open it again, i.e. reboot it. Does that matter?
