Wher did you store the backups.

Hi, in the default folder configured by the plugin: /public_html/wp-content/uploads/[project_name]/

I second this problem, although i am using a custom folder.

When i check the folder using FTP the back up is there with the correct name, there are index and htaccess files too

also, I have the same problem after to update the plugin from a previous version. thanks

I also have this problem after upgrading to the new version today.

I tried it in both IE and FF from the Jobs and the Backups page.

If I click directly on the “download” link, I get the blank page everyone describes above. If I right-click to “save as” then i get a copy of the admin.php file.

I had to log in with FTP and really manually download to get the backup file.

The backups are going into a folder:
    word-press-folder/wp-content/backups

I only manually backup at this time, so this is really a vital feature for the way that I use BackWPup.

    Thanks.

Have found the download problem and fix it with next update.

Hi, and when do you think release the new update?

Hey maurogo, did you have the problem with 3.0.3 already or with 3.0.2. Daniel will probably make an update Monday or Tuesday.

Hi there, I updated to the version 3.0.3 and everything is working fine now. Thanks. 🙂
