    I cannot download files.

Here is the error (it says “cannot save since cannot read the source file):

The files were generated on the hosting:

It seems only happened to Firefox (version 62). When I tested on MS Edge, the problem is gone.

    What I tested:

    – I changed the download location on my PC, it didn’t fix the problem.
    – I disabled all the plugins (except WooCommerce and WaterWoo PDF), it didn’t fix the problem. It means the problem is not caused by plugin conflicts.

    Environment:

    WP:4.9.8
    WooCommerce: 3.4.5
    WaterWoo PDF:2.2

    Thanks.

Also, I have tried rebooting my PC in case it is a PC problem – it did not fix the issue.

    Hi there,

From what I am able to tell from reading your post and looking at the screenshot, it seems like maybe you are hosting the PDF remotely? For WooCommerce to serve files, they must be on the same domain as the WooCommerce installation, unless you are using an S3 or Dropbox (or similar) setup for serving externally hosted files.

Can you confirm the PDF is on the same domain as your WooCommerce installation?

    Thanks!

Ok. I’m sorry to hear that. Possibly a bug, but unfortunately I will not be available to troubleshoot until next week. Please keep patience – I want this to work for you, but I am out of range until the 24th. Thanks for understanding.

    Any updates?

If you cannot fix it, don’t worry. I will not leave a bad feedback for a free plugin.

Today, I updated all the plugins and WP. When I tested, the problem is gone. LoL

I don’t think this is a WaterWoo PDF problem. The problem should be a firefox related issue (yesterday my firefox was updated as well).

    So don’t bother.

    Thanks for the help.
