Cannot display any theme

    Just installed WordPress 4.0 from scratch. I can log in and access the admin dashboard page, but the home page will only show directory list even if I hand type index.php in the url. It will not even show any of the default themes bundled even though it indicated successful activation status. (I have installed many previous version of WordPress before and never had this problem)

    – Check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    The problem disappeared after I reboot. It doesn’t make much sense, but I am ok now.
