Cannot disable plugin Globally

    Everything is working fine when disabling plugins on each page/post. No caching plugins are being used.

    When I try to disable a plugin globally, the plugin seems to gets saved to the list on the right but it does not change to a red colour as expected. I also can’t enable that plugin on an individual page.

    It shouldn’t be red on the global plugins page. It should appear as red in a post or page on the right and then you can enable it by dragging it back to the left side.
