That means the log has already been deleted. Note there are logs, not the actual rating. The actual rating is stored in your post custom field called “ratings_score”, “ratings_average” and “ratings_users”. You can change all the value to 0 in your edit post screen.
Oh… I see. I misunderstood the delete option, it deletes by posts ID not by rating ID (You should thing about this options in future).
Next thing is that im using AAM plugin and Ratings appears only on super admin or admin, but I have custom user roles where Ratings menu doesn’t appear. Its problem on some capabilities? Can you help me to resolve this?
The plugin uses “manage_ratings” cap, so you can assign that to your roles.
