Hi there,
Can you confirm that the plugin is currently deactivated on the page attached?
It is already deactivated.. i reactivated it to try to change the link but i couldn´t
but now it´s deactivated again
can you help me get the pup up button deleted?
Do you have a caching plugin installed?
From the source code of the website, it looks like Calendly was manually embedded severally, did you previously try to embed Calendly without the plugin? and did you previously add the embed code to the theme’s file?
No i didn´t embed it manually.
i only added the plugin from wordpress, i´ve been trying to get it off or but it won´t
i just need to change the calendly link
I don´t know what is a caching plugin
To change the link, go to the page you added the plugin’s shortcode and replace the URL in the shortcode to your Calendly event/calendar link.
Shortcode example: [calendly type=2 url=”CALENDLY_LINK_GOES_HERE” ]
And to remove the embedded button, simply delete the shortcode completely.
Hope this helps.
