Cannot delete log entries

    In the log display when I select the wastebin icon to delete an entry e pop-up appears
    without any content.
    This is the first time i am using this function.

    Also when I go to User Activity log Settings to Reset database I am directed to a new window with the message “You are not allowed to see this page”
    I am logged in as administrator!

    Any suggestion?

    Hi @peerv,

    Thank for your query.

    You can not delete specific log entry. This feature only available in PRO version plugin as you can delete any number of entries via checkbox selection.

    And regarding your ‘Reset database’ issue, I recommend that please create a support ticket on support portal and provide your website detail. So, one of our support team member can your issue in details.
