Cannot Delete, Edit, or Upload

    I just uploaded to 3.5 and am having the following issues. (I am using the My LIfe theme)

    I cannot delete plugins. I can deactivate/activate them.

    I cannot delete comments in my spam folder.

    I cannot edit in visual or text/html mode. I think I can edit through my iPhone or iPad though.

    I cannot add new media.

    I cannot reply to comments in the dashboard. I can reply to comments directly on the post though.

    I have issues with some of my plugins as well.
