cannot delete charity donation form addon

I installed the charity addon for elementor in addition to the givewp plugin for my charity website. However when I try to add the donation form widget to a column in elementor editor, there appears to be an error which includes the form and the whole page elements to the column. Also when I try to delete the addon or column, nothing happens. It doesn’t delete at all. in other pages like home and about, it also creates duplicates and i am unable to delete them.

I also tried directly contacting support at nicheaddons.com and included a temporary login access, but the submit button is not responding.
