    I get the error Fatal error:
   Cannot redeclare install_wtwp()

 * Try disabling all of your plugins, you will have to connect to your website via
   ftp, and just rename the plugins folder, under wp-content, to plugins-old.

 * I connected to my site using FTP but when i go to rename the plugins folder under
   content i get an access denied response using Filezilla

 * Now i was able to rename the plugin folder

 * I fixed the problem. I had to rename the install folder under wp-contents.
