# Cannot create new form – Lite version

 * Hi,
    I am trying to use the Lite version of the plugin. But when I attempt to
   create a form and give it a name, I am redirected to a blank page and the form
   is not created. I tried deactivating all other plugins, but it still didn’t work.
   I am running the latest version of wordpress 5.5.1 and the latest version of 
   the plugin 4.07.01.

 * Have you also tried reverting to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen?
   We do occasionally see issues where badly coded themes can conflict with Formidable
   and cause issues.
 * If that doesn’t help, can you please check your PHP version? 5.6 is the minimum
   requirement, but we recommend 7.2 or above where possible.
