Cannot Create New Custom Category Pages

Hi,

I have been an enthusiastic user of your plugin. However, after configuring a number of custom category pages successfully, I can’t create any new ones.

For instance, this category page was created last month and works just fine: http://www.oneearthsangha.org/topics/earth-sangha/.

However, the new “Category Page Test” fails http://www.oneearthsangha.org/topics/test/ The category has a simple name, slug and description as well as very simple title, headline and copy (all fields are short, plain text). Upon reviewing source, no references to wp_ccp_plugin are generated. You’ll also notice that the main menu has been corrupted as the link to “Home” uses the test category’s headline text.

Note that I have customized the source of “archive-category.php” but reverting to the original version of this file results in identical failure: no references to the wp_cpp_plugin and a corrupted menu.

If I switch the test category so that it doesn’t use WP Custom Category settings, it works fine and correctly shows the one categorized test post.

I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin as well as uninstalling and reinstalling. The problem persists.

Unfortunately, our site’s basic design as well as a new initiative rely heavily on custom category pages. I am happy to send any source that would illuminate the problem. I so appreciate any help you can provide.
