 * I click on “Backup Now”, I get a spinner for a couple of seconds and that is 
   all that happens.
 * This is the first time that I’ve tried a backup.

 * Please follow these steps:
    1. Navigate to the “Other options” section of the
   plugin 2. Change backup method to #3: [https://drive.google.com/file/d/19FivXT5k9AR3lx5Dus-4BjPCVkC1G63C/view?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/file/d/19FivXT5k9AR3lx5Dus-4BjPCVkC1G63C/view?usp=sharing)
   3. Save the “Other options” section 4. Force stop both processes: [https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm](https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm)
 * When you do that, try to run your backup once again.
