# Cannot create a Trigger

 * Hi there,
 * In the Alerts section of the Stream plugin and I have no options to select from
   a dropdown the actions I want to trigger.
 * Just empty boxes and no options.
 * Stream version is 3.2.2 with no indication it needs updating.
 * Please help, thanks,

 * OK, but now there’s a different problem.
 * The Maker channel no longer exists on ITTT.
 * I am surprised there isn’t an alert function built into Stream already.
 * What would suit me best would be if the Stream plugin could trigger a web app
   integration in my browser, or on my desktop.
 * So I can receive desktop notification direct from my website, without an intermediary–
   for obvious reasons.
