Cannot create a new coupon since upgrade

Hi,

The new upgrade from with wordpress or woocommerce has caused me to not be able to create a new coupon or add a new coupon. I get this error message each time.

I have tried to find other people with the same issue but have not yet. I have seen some that have a plugin issue, which I am assuming could be my issue, but any help would be most appreciated.
