    Alejandro,

    It’s been since last week I am chasing you for plugin upgrade.

    Since I bought your plugin I asked for your support twice.

    First time I sent you multiple messages through different options (opened 3 tickets, sent 2 or 3 emails at 2 different email adrress of yours), I sent you messages for 5 weeks.

    No one word.

    Until I posted here also complaining about some issues I had that I could not give you feedback about because of your absence.

    Then when your name went public with my complaints you magically appeared.

    Your excuse then was that your ticket support did not work. Beside the fact 5 weeks are a lot of time to fix a support system, and beside the fact that I also sent you multiple emails at 2 different email address of yours, what is your excuse now?

    Your cat passed out?

    I would like my upgrade, thank you very much.

    quick, final note: I have contacted support for many of the 45 plugins I run on the website and they all reply within hours or a day or two.

    This forum is for the FREE plugin, please don’t use it for the PRO version.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
