# Cannot connect to WordPress.org Theme Library

 * I have a website but am unable to connect to WordPress.org theme library from
   the Administration dashboard when attempting to add new themes.
 * It is blank when I click “Add New Theme” and only shows headers. (newest, Popular,
   etc.) Also within the admin panel, it does not show Theme Details when I click
   on a theme’s icon, and thus cannot remove themes.
 * It was working until recently. I’ve tried reinstalling but it does no good. It
   worked for a few minutes, and then stopped.
 * I have tried it on two computers and with different browsers. Same on all of 
   them.

 * It seems to….I have tried it on different browsers and two computers. Plus, it
   worked and then spontaneously stopped with no apparent reason.

 * I just tried it with Google Chrome, and shut down all plug ins and still have
   the problem.

 * I also can;t upload a theme to install it that way. It does nothing when I click
   Upload theme button
