 * Tried to activate Stream by Connecting to Stream (Free account) with my WordPress
   Account, and went through the entire process but it is still not connected. Tried
   again and got the “There was a problem creating your site on the system (104).
   Please try again later or contact support.” error. My site is “portal.omcwellness.
   com”
