  • Resolved ext237

    (@ext237)

    Hello.

I’m adding Ecwid to a new project. I installed the plugin, but when I click the link to connect to the store, I receive the following errors:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/[…]/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 1732

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/[…]/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:1732) in /home/[…]/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1282

    I disabled *all* other plugins.

If I switch to the Twenty Twenty theme, the problem goes away and I’m able to sign in. Any suggestions/hints/ways to avoid this in the future?

    Hi there!

Ecwid Team is here to help.

Most probably this issue is caused by some 3rd party theme. A similar behavior was described here: https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002274278-How-To-Solve-The-Warning-Cannot-Modify-Header-Information-Issue

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/[…]/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 1732

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/[…]/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:1732) in /home/[…]/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1282

Is it a full error message? Looks like Something is missing in this brackets /home/[…]

In order to investigate it further please send the following information at support@ecwid.com:

    1. Link to your store
    2. The name of WordPress theme

Also, please mention this case number 978148

Thank you! We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!

    hello.

    • Information in brackets was removed because it’s not relevant to the question, the pathing of my server is not required to understand the issue.
    • It is not unusual to obfuscate server pathing when asking questions on wordpress.org
    • I did provide everything after the root of the website, which may be relevant to you to diagnose.
    • The link to my store that you requested is included in the original bug report under the “The page I need help with:” section.
    • There are a lot of reasons that a plugin can cause “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in […]/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 1732.”
    • I’ve been an Ecwid client with multiple stores since 2014. Every time we send a bug report or ask that you look into an issue, the reply seems to always employ the issue is someone else’s fault.
    • The theme (sub-themed) is DIVI, one of the largest WP Themebuilders. We add/update new plugins to various websites on a regular basis and contact the plugin maintainers when this error appears so they can fix it. Having to disable the theme for this ONE plugin is not an issue with the theme.

my store can’t be in wordpress?

Thank you for your response, we have checked the bug report available via this link http://memu.ext237-5.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=ec_connect (I am sorry. I Didn’t notice it last time) to identify the exact reason we need some additional information from you:

    I disabled *all* other plugins.

If I switch to the Twenty Twenty theme, the problem goes away and I’m able to sign in. Any suggestions/hints/ways to avoid this in the future?

Could you please send an archive with the theme from which you switch to Twenty Twenty theme. Please send it at support@ecwid.com We will test it at our end.

    Thank you
