Happy to clarify.
GiveWP is not blocking your site from connecting to Stripe otherwise you would not even see the page you took the screenshot from.
The page you took the screenshot from is generated by Stripe so if you don’t see the account there, you either connected to the wrong Stripe account or the account you connected with does not have sufficient permissions to display all Stripe subaccounts.
Did you connect with the main Stripe account holder account?

Thank you so much for your reply @mrdaro, I had Developer and not Admin access to Stripe. I was able to login as an Admin and connect the plugin to Stipe. Thank you so much for your response and Assitance.
