# Cannot complete other SMTP setup

 * I complete all the settings exactly as required. When I click “Save and Continue”
   I get a message “Please try again. Something went wrong”. I changed the password
   on the email account to be sure I was entering the correct password but still
   get the error. Checked and double checked.
 * On another site which uses the Gmail api, emails are being sent successfully 
   but I cannot send a test email. Just hangs.

 * When I went to the diagnostic screen I got a popup that said:
 *  An unexpected error occurred {
   “readyState”: 4,“responseText”: “0”,“status”:
   400,“statusText”: “error”}
 * When i try to send the report to you using the built ub email facility, i get
   the same error popup.
 * we urgently need this fixed.

   then let me know whether it resolves the issue on your end?

 * The reported problems related to AJAX errors, email logs, and settings behavior
   have now been addressed in Post SMTP v3.9.3.
 * Please update to the latest version and check whether everything is working correctly
   on your site again.
