 * Hey Folks,
   Hoping you could help us with an issue we’re seeing on one of our 
   sites. We’ve triple checked all configuration options for the plugin, verified
   the Client ID/Tenant ID/Secret – but when attempting to test the login, we’re

   Could you kindly share some insight into why this might be occurring, and the
   best next steps in getting this resolved?

 * this problem is often caused by caching or cookie-related issues.
 * Enabling the “Require POST to Start URL” and “Use POST callbacks” options may
   help.

 * After making the adjustments and clearing all caching layers we’re receiving

   Any ideas what could be causing this?
