# Cannot comment when using unicode permalinks

 * I have been using the default permalinks for a long time, recently I decided 
   to change it to SEO-friendly permalinks, so I changed it to “Date and name”, 
   then I found a problem. If my blog title contains unicode text, say Chinese, 
   then no one can comment on that blog post because the comment box will not show
   up. But for those posts with English title, everything is fine. I tried other
   Permalinks options, only “default” works. Can someone help me?
 * I am using WP 2.8.4 on IIS.
