cannot change theme

    I cannot change the theme. I cleared the cache. I updated chrome. The plugin I used to download the theme I deleted. I am now using elementor but the theme I chose does not appear. It says the new theme is active but the old theme still appears.

    What are the OLD and NEW themes?

    The active theme I see on the site now is “Food Blogger”.

    And though it seems an Elementor starter site or template was imported, the Elementor plugin itself doesn’t seem to be active on the site.
