Cannot change the permalink

    I have tried to find several times how to change the permalink of the news plugin and I do not have the option to change it as it does not display below the news page. When I accessed the news page there was no option to edit this as wordpress is picking it up as a gadget and not a page.

    I have managed to change it in the code to so it is now http://www.mydomain.com/latestnews although it is still posting news items to my archive.

    There is also no option to add the news page into my menu.
