    I am trying to change the Security Digest frequency from Daily to Weekly, or just turn it off under Notifications->Security Digest but the Save All Changes button does nothing. Instead I get a couple of error in the console:

    unknown format "email" ignored in schema at path "#/properties/from_email/oneOf/0"
    unknown format "email" ignored in schema at path "#/properties/notifications/additionalProperties/properties/previous_emails/items"

    I’m running 9.3.8 and this is happening across all my sites.

  • Hi @joncon62,

    You may be interested in reading this topic which includes a workaround.

    Additionally on July 2nd SolidWP released Solid Security Pro 8.5.7 which (amongst other things) includes a fix for this bug. So I guess it’s safe to say that a bugfix release for the Solid Security Basic plugin is expected to be released shortly.

    I have the same problem. It doesn’t allow me to save notification options. Also, every time I go into settings, I get that annoying “Introduction” popup.

    Hi @nlpro, thanks for the link to the fix but it doesn’t work for me. It won’t let me change the from email address, it just reverts back to what I originally entered.

    This needs fixing by Solid Security – are you monitoriing this forum?

    @joncon62,

    According to the Solid Security Basic 9.3.9 Changelog:

    Bug Fix: Notification Center settings could not be properly saved.

    Thanks for the heads up @nlpro. I updated the plugin and it appears my previous changes, which didn’t appear to be saved, were now the default settings.

    Any admin side caching needs to be disabled for the settings to change properly but it does seem to work now.

    @joncon62,

    No problem. Thank you for sharing that info.
