    Hi there

    I have a premium account and have been trying to solve this problem for a week, but no matter what I do, I cannot change the colour of the borders/icons from blue, I have tried changing all settings within settings and also customising the CSS, it all fails to help. Please could you advise me on what to do?

    I wish to change all blue colours on the icons and borders to this green colour: #224c00

    This is the page where I want to make the change:http://www.go-to.co/email-responses/

    Thanks so much!

    Also, I have been trying to have a hyperlink within the page so that people can jump to the FAQ they want, it is all setup but unfortunately it always links to the area below the section it is meant to link to, this is the code, do you know what the problem could be?

    and then this bit

    <div class=”section”></div>
    <h2>General Queries</h2>
    [ultimate-faqs include_category=’general’]
    <span id=”general” class=”anchor”></span>

    thanks!!

    Hi Gotoco,

    I clicked on the link you sent (http://www.go-to.co/email-responses/) and received a “No Results Found […] The page you requested could not be found” error.

    Please let us know when the page is up again or if the URL posted above was incorrect.

    Hi again Gotoco,

    I just checked the page again and it seems to be displaying for me now, so here’s what you can do for the issues you mentioned:

    1) Currently there’s no Styling Settings for the Border Block. For now, you can paste the following code into the Custom CSS box in UFAQ Basic Settings:

    .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover a, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover h1, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover h2, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover h3, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover h4, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover h5, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block:hover h6, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block.ewd-ufaq-post-active, .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block.ewd-ufaq-post-active a {
    background:#224c00;}

    .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block .ufaq-faq-body {
        border: 3px solid #224c00;
        border-bottom: 2px solid #224c00;}

    .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block.ewd-ufaq-post-active .ufaq-faq-title-text h4 {
        color: #fff;}

    .ufaq-faq-display-style-Border_Block a {
    color:#224c00;}

    2) For the anchors, can you try moving the span above the Div ‘section’?

    For example, instead of this:

    <div class=”section”></div>
    <h2>General Queries</h2>
    [ultimate-faqs include_category=’general’]
    <span id=”general” class=”anchor”></span>

    You have <span id=”general”…. above the “section” div:

    <span id=”general” class=”anchor”></span>
    <div class=”section”></div>
    <h2>General Queries</h2>
    [ultimate-faqs include_category=’general’]
