# Cannot build Sitemap

 * On trying to generate a sitemap for my site using “Google Sitemap Generator 3
   Beta” I get the following errors:
 * Could not write into /domains/3732/web/blog/sitemap.xml: fopen(/domains/3732/
   web/blog/sitemap.xml) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied
   
   Could not write into /domains/3732/web/blog/sitemap.xml.gz: fopen(/domains/3732/
   web/blog/sitemap.xml.gz) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission 
   denied
 * I have given read/write permission on my blog folder to owner/group.
 * Would appreciate any help.

 * Check with your host to see if the fopen function is enabled – some hosts may
   not allow it.
