  • by 2015, this render the plugin useless. Also no custimization is possible. Only english language option. Not reccomended.

    Nothing this user mentioned here is true:
    1. Customization is possible. And we’ve created and satisfied almost all requests from our users.
    2. Plugin can be translated to any language user need. We provide English and Italian versions. In next version Sweden localization will appear.

    You posted this negative review before we answered these threads. We call this chantage (blackmail) and we don’t use to work with such users. Thanks for understanding.

    I wrote the review based on the present state of your plugin. I cannot see that you have presented any plans for making it useful in the future either, so probably my review will be accurate for time to come 🙂 Thank you for understanding.

    Most of the charges are incorrect.

    I think you should allow alot more customization from the settings interface. I know that a couple more languages will be availabele (as I self provided you one of the translations). But your main major challenge which still remain, and unfortunately still render the plugin useless, is the fact that it work not with iPad or iPhone. And do not adapt to screen size on any device. This render the plugin useless on ANY mobile device. When you have accomplished solution to this, I will reconsider to use your plugin, and be happy to write another review. Until then, my opinion stands.

    Hi,

    Since the review isn’t making any mention of support response time, but is instead basing it self on the users impressions and experiences using the actual plugin, this review it self is just fine.

    What is NOT cool though, is trying to hijack other peoples reviews, so I’d like to ask you to kindly refrain from doing so again, it’s just not nice 🙂

    Hijacking other reviews, trying to make them change their review based on your own experience.

    Each review is based on the individual persons experience with the plugin, and as such one shouldn’t try to make them change their opinion based on somebody elses experiences.

    Thank you for the clarification. This was not my intention. Sorry I expressed myself clumsy to allow such misunderstandig. I tried to find out if the other user was happy with the plugins apperance on the iPhone.
