cannot back up

    I cannot make a backup. I get these message regarding errors:
    23rd nov 2014 3.41.34 PM Error The activity failed: The server failed to retrieve the backup. The reason is unknown. Please consult the activity log.
    23rd nov 2014 3.41.34 PM Error The server failed to retrieve the backup. The reason is unknown.
    The unknown error token the server returned was: UNKNOWN_FAILURE

    23rd nov 2014 3.41.18 PM Error File /web/error/.no_delete was skipped: Permission denied

    I’ve been getting this UNKNOWN_FAILURE for scheduled online backups for months now, on multiple websites. Our server runs PHP Version 5.4.35.

    For now, you can manually perform a local backup… that seems to work.
