Attachment format allowed were; doc, docx and PDF. I had to restrict to PDF or user would get a to an error page with a URL ending in /#FSContact1 with this message in the body: The executive-temps.com page isn’t working executive- temps.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Then the site is unresponsibe/ unreachable for about 1 minute. * My site: [http://www.executive-temps.com](http://www.executive-temps.com) * NOTEs: 1/ although I restricted to PDF attachment, the pluging still accept DOCX and lead to the error message, 2/ there are two attachments allowed. the message regarding acceptable file types and size only shows once (and should show twice I guess). * Thanks for your help! Can you carry out a test, disable all your other plugins except this one then carry out another test in regards to attaching a file. File type is in lower case. I ran a test with all other plugins deactivated and got the same error. I was made aware of the issue by users. I figured out myself that the docx documents were the problem. i have not tested a doc file. I only allowed pdf files and when I tried to attach a txt or png or doc it gave me an error message which is correct. * My testing platforms runs the following. * > WordPress 4.5.3 > PHP Version : 5.6.23 MySQL Version : 5.5.5 * and a great number of plugins.
