Legal pages cannot be assigned?

There is no pop-up to select the pages to assign.

I thought it was Mozilla Firefox that had an issue but I tested with Google Chrome and IE – had the same issues as well.

Please advise.

I was able to get WP-Insert to work by supplying the Page ID – since the pop-ups did not allow me to choose the legal pages that I created.
