    Just today, it started where it would ONLY load ‘text’ tab when adding a new invoice. And when I click on Visual tab, it just goes blank, and then I can’t even go back to text afterwards. To make sure I tried on new page & new post and those are working fine.

    Can you check into this for us ASAP?

    Also, I noticed that your quote add on has not been updated in a while.. does that still work? meaning compatible with current version of WP?

    Wasn’t able to replicate your issue. Need more details from you. Can you try to disable all third party plugins and try again.

    Yes, Quotes is compatible with latest WP.

    So Id id find the issue. It’s JETPACK

    Their newest update Version 5.2.1 will cause the issue I’m referring to. And i tried to change settings one by one to see if that would change it but unfortunately it did not. Meaning it’s the core of JETPACK that’s interfering with WP-INVOICE for some reason…

    We also have latest Jetpack plugin on our test sites. Can you point, probably some option should be set up to replicate?


    I tried disabling all the JETPACK features one by one but that did NOT make a difference which makes me feel like it’s something in JETPACK core that’s causing this issue.

    I reached out to JETPACK to see what they can do. Also, it’s not just your plugin, another plugin ‘Charitible’ is having same issue… so it must be blocking some code that different plugins uses to utilize visual text field…

    Thank you for feedback. But strange that I do not have that issue with Jetpack enabled on my test site. I’m using it just to set up some widget options, that’s all.

    Maybe it’s the combination of the options.
    Here are options i have enabled on jetpack if you’d like to try:

    check your spelling
    speed up images

    Sharing buttons

    That’s it.

    If you’d like to try this more, I CAN create a clone site for you to log in and try different things? Let me know.

    A fix should be in the next version of Jetpack, but until then, install and activate this plugin via Plugins > Add New > Upload in your site’s Dashboard:

    That will disable the new contact form editor, replacing it with the old one, and it should fix the problem.

    Once the next version of Jetpack is released, that plugin will no longer be necessary.

    I have not tried this yet but this makes sense, I I do use tinymce
