    I have a site with WPML Multilingual CMS Version 4.3.9 installed, if the Flexible Product Add-Ons Free WooCommerce Version 1.2.12 is also activated. The add to cart function does not work anymore.

    Firstly, please let me know is this problem occur also when our plugin is deactivated?

    If so, to see whether the theme is to blame, temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and test.

    If you still have the problem, it could be a plugin conflict. Still with Storefront, temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test. Reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify which software element is causing the problem.

    In meantime, please activate WP DEBUG LOG in your WordPress and replicate the issue. Check the log file and if there are any errors, please paste them in this thread.

    Hi Marta,

    I have uninstalled the Woocommerce and WPML. Then I reinstalled the WPML first following the Woocommerce. After both plugins installed, I installed the Flexible Product Add-Ons Free WooCommerce. It works like a charm. Thank you for your support.
