# Cannot add order notes

 * Hi,
 * Yesterday, I noticed that I cannot leave order notes, both private and public.
   It just keeps showing the loading symbol and getting stuck there. I tried rolling
   back Woocommerce to previous versions, and that didn’t work. Could I get some
   help here? This has happened to me before, and it resolved itself I think. Though,
   I need to leave order notes today. Thank you!

 * If it is just a loading symbol this means that something is blocking that area.
 * The first thing to check – open the browser console and look for errors in the
   JavaScript console – any 404s or 503s?
 * Second, check for fatal errors in your WooCommerce logs – anything logged which
   could point to the cause?
 * Final and most conclusive test – conflict testing plugins and the theme. You
