    Hello,

I’ve used this plugin with my Woocommerce store successfully for a while now. Recently, I noticed that I was unable to create new or edit existing products.

By disabling all of my plugins I managed to narrow the issue down to this particular one.

Do you happen to have any advice to get it working again, please?

    Thanks,
    Andy

    Hi @andytodd88,

Thanks for writing to us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, and I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help with this. 🙂

First, we’ve released a few fixes over the past week, and the current latest version is v2.1.3. Could you please confirm that this issue is occurring with v2.1.3?

Second, would it be possible for you to provide a screen recording of what occurs when you try to create/edit products? If you need an app for making the screen recording, I recommend Loom.

Would you please let me know what version of the plugin you are using and whether you’ll be able to send a screen recording?

    Thanks,
    Benjamin

    Hello Benjamin,

Thanks for the reply. I can confirm that I have the latest version of the plugin installed, v2.1.3 and the issue is still occurring.

When I click on ‘Edit product’ or try to create a new product from within WooCommerce I just get taken to a completely white page (blank), other times I get the following error message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 372736 bytes) in /****/******/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4673.

I also get the same issue when trying to create a new product. If I deactivate the plugin, I’m able to edit/create new without any issues.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Andy

    Hi @andytodd88,

I’m sorry to hear that this issue is still occurring with v2.1.3!

I’m wondering if there’s a conflict with your theme or another plugin on your site.

As a next step, I’d like to try to rule out a theme conflict causing the issue here. Would you please temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Nineteen, and let me know if the issue persists?

    Cheers,
    Benjamin
