Support » Plugin: HTML5 jQuery Audio Player » Cannot add or delete songs

  • I just uploaded the Pro version and here’s what happens:
    – I created a playlist and added an audio track.
    — I filled out the song information and clicked “Add Song”. I got the message “New Song Added” was added.
    — However there doesn’t appear to be a way to add a new track after you’ve entered one already. When I clicked “Add Song” again, it created a duplicate entry in the play list
    – I attempted to delete the duplicate entry (hovered the mouse over the play list name; clicked “delete”) but it would not delete the track.

    Ok definitely something weird going on there for you. Please can you post a link so I can check the code and see if I can spot anything that could be causing this on your site?

    Also, this sounds like a potential jQuery conflict. Did you try switching to the default twentyeleven theme and deactivating all other plugins? Did this fix the problem or not?


    I am using the default twenty-eleven theme. I tried deactivating all plugins other than the player, but it did not work. I am using FireFox version 20. Sent you a email with credentials.
